Uncomfortable
I own the XL and bought this one to bike with ..The way it sits on your back is super uncomfortable. The straps are also a bit lack luster and are not as Robust as the XL. Might try the 15L version since that is the next smallest you can get with two straps. Overall the Mule is a good product, they just didn't hit the mark on this one.

Love Love Love
Wasn't sure what I would get from this cooler, but was pleasantly surprised. Use it for luggage when i go on a trip to an island. Keeps things cool, easily packable and lightweight. Highly reccomend.
