The ICEMULE 90-Day Guarantee

All ICEMULE® Coolers have a 90-Day Warranty. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return any items within 90 days of delivery for a replacement item. To start a warranty claim please fill out this form and select "Damage/Warranty Claim" under "How can we help?" 


For ICEMULEs that have been used, we are happy to replace your cooler if you are dissatisfied for any reason within 90 days of purchase. Please contact customercare@icemulecooler.com. 


For ICEMULEs that have not been used and that can be returned in original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. 


Please note: For expedited shipping options, any orders placed after 12:00pm Eastern Standard Time will be processed and shipped the following business day. Days estimated for shipping are in business days and may not include weekends and holidays.

We ship only within the Unites States. Our preferred carrier is UPS Ground (or expedited if you so choose). In the case of shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, we may choose to ship via another carrier if we find that the rates are lower. In all cases, shipping rates are set by the carrier based on package dimensions and weight, not by ICEMULE.

UPS Ground will show an estimated amount of shipping days. UPS Ground does not guarantee shipping time. If you are in need of guaranteed shipping please choose one of the expedited shipping options.  

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on your shipping choices, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note: the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The size and weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
