ICEMULE Coolers Lifetime Warranty and Guarantee Policy

This Warranty and Guarantee Policy ("Policy") is provided by ICEMULE Coolers ("ICEMULE", "we", "us", or "our") and applies to ICEMULE Coolers products ("Products") purchased by you, the original end-user purchaser ("you" or "your"). By registering your Product and using it, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Lifetime Guarantee for Registered Products

1.1 Coverage: We offer a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects (the "Lifetime Guarantee") exclusively to customers who register their Product on the ICEMULE website. This Lifetime Guarantee covers failures due to defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with ICEMULE's published guidelines for the Product.

1.2 Exclusions: This Lifetime Guarantee does not cover damage or defects caused by normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications, misuse, accidents, neglect, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.

2. Ninety-Day Accident Forgiveness

2.1 Description: Within the first ninety (90) days of purchase, we offer one-time coverage for damage resulting from an accidental occurrence. This is provided as a goodwill gesture and does not cover repeated or deliberate damage.

2.2 Refunds: For ICEMULEs that have not been used and that can be returned in original packaging, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

3. Warranty Registration

3.1 Requirement: To activate your Lifetime Guarantee, you must register your Product on the ICEMULE website within thirty (30) days of purchase. Failure to register the Product may result in the forfeiture of the Lifetime Guarantee.

4. Claim Process

4.1 Notification: To submit a warranty claim, contact our customer service team via our website. We will respond with the warranty claim form and require the following information: a detailed description of the issue, proof of purchase, and registration confirmation. We will assess your claim and, if valid, provide repair, replacement, or an equivalent product at our discretion.

5. General Terms

5.1 Limitation of Liability: ICEMULE's liability under this Policy shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the Product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5.2 Amendments: ICEMULE reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time.

5.3 Governing Law: This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida.

5.4 Severability: If any provision of this Policy is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

5.5 Entire Agreement: This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and ICEMULE regarding the warranty and guarantee of the Products and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
