The padded strap was missing a clip however it was replaced after the problem was reported to customer service. The replacement process was too complex for such a minor issue

Strap replacement
I recently had to replace the strap on my cooler because the clasp had broken. The response and the customer service were excellent!! I love my cooler and would not hesitate to purchase another!

Lifesaver!
We had lost our original strap. When I contacted the company, they went out of their way and got us another one. Amazing company- standing behind their products and customers. Breath of fresh air!!
