Recycled PET 

Recycled PET(polyethylene terephthalate) materials are made from post-consumer plastic waste, primarily plastic bottles, which are processed and transformed into a new, reusable form. Process: 

1. Collection and sorting: Post-consumer PET waste, such as plastic bottles, is collected from recycling centers, waste management facilities, or curbside recycling programs. The collected waste is sorted to separate PET from other types of plastics and contaminants.
2. Cleaning and shredding: The PET waste is cleaned to remove labels, adhesives, and any remaining contents. After cleaning, the PET is shredded into small flakes.
3. Washing and drying: The PET flakes are washed to remove any residual impurities, such as dirt or food particles. After washing, the flakes are dried to remove any moisture.
4. Extrusion and pelletizing: The cleaned and dried PET flakes are melted and extruded through a process called melt extrusion, which forms a continuous strand of plastic. This strand is then cooled and cut into small pellets, which are known as recycled PET resin or rPET.
5. Transformation into new products: The rPET pellets can be used as a raw material for manufacturing various new products, such as textiles, packaging materials, automotive parts, construction materials, and even new PET bottles. Depending on the desired application, the rPET can be combined with brand-new PET or other materials to create a blend with specific properties.

To clean your ICEMULE R-Jaunt Cooler, simply wipe the interior and exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Allow the cooler to air dry completely before storing it.

Once the cooler is completely dry, simply roll or fold it to a compact size for easy storage. Store the cooler in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to ensure its longevity.
